Forensic doctor equals detective?!

Well, lately my lazy-based style of writing is just excerpting voices going on around me. Yeah, only conversations, sayings, and shouting, sometimes.

Okay, so here’s why we parallelize forensic doctor and detective. I heard these:

1. During an autopsy on a little girl died of smothering.

dr. SK, Sp.F: “Coba dilihat deh tu mukanya.

2. During another autopsy on an unknown dead body, strongly suspected as a beggar.

dr. IW, future Sp.F: “Luka-lukanya kok kayak gini ya. Hm *mengerutkan dahi* kalo luka lecet geser pasti ada arahnya. Ini kok kayak gini… *berpikir lagi* Kayak digigitin hewan gitu. Gak mungkin terjadi pas masih hidup nih. Tapi warnanya merah.”

Now I am wondering why we the-detective-story-lovers (you tell me: CSI, monk, detective conan, kindaichi, bones, numbers, sherlock holmes, etc) won’t even consider to major in forensic medicine for a specialty??!!

Sounds cool, having a working time as a riddle-solving time!

  1. I realized the real fact about this detective & forensic things when I read Jeffery Deaver. Have you watched the Bone Collector (casted by Denzel Washington)? The story was based on Deaver’s novel.

try to read my post, if you don’t mind.. 😀
